Bonus Team Challenges: Teams of 1-8 will be awarded points and prizes go to the team with the most points at the end of the month. Challenges will be rolled out throughout the month.

Events and Schedules: We have a variety of events, fitness classes, and webinars planned this month. All events with Zoom links are listed on our Facebook group and can also be found here the week the class/event is planned.

Nov. 5 (Thur), 6:30pm - Runners Yoga by Cassie Paul ($8 fee with 50% going to Movember)

Nov. 12 (Thur), 6:30pm - Yoga stretch by Cassie Paul ($8 fee with 50% going to Movember)
Nov. 14 (Sat), 10:00am - Mobility session with Impulse Sport Therapeutics
Nov. 17 (Tues), 11-12:30am - Ask A Doc 10-minute consult session with Meghan Baker of Impulse Sport Therapeutics
Nov. 18 (Wed), 6:30-8pm - Mental Health Panel in collaboration with UBC Men's Health and Movember
Nov. 19 (Thur), 6:30pm - Runner's Yoga by Cassie Paul ($8 fee with 50% going to Movember)
